The cleaning staff did a good job. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed. Breakfast had good variety, I liked it. The hotel is close to many distinguished places.
Air conditioning was terrible. It was also very loud so nights were quite noisy. Rooms are very outdated. The shower fittings are very loose.

the breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start the day.
the room's air conditioning was quite poor and barely cooled the space. the tv was also old and very small, and the limited channel selection was a disappointment. the bathroom had a noticeable drain odor too.

The breakfast included Portuguese tarts. These were a fabulous treat to start the day. The staff also helped with train bookings. They provided directions to the station.
The shower head had mold. I asked every day for someone to clean it. The pillows had a bad quality, I wasn't confortable at all.

The location was convenient, close to two metro stops. This made getting around the city simple. The breakfast was good. I especially liked the selection. The staff were also very kind.
The air conditioning was not very effective. It was also quite noisy, distracting at night. The television in the room seemed old. The bathroom drain was slow and had an odor.

the location was ideal with metro stations easily accessible. the staff always gave assistance, and i found them helpful. i liked the spacious room i had, it looks well kept.
I noticed the absence of conveniently located chargers near the bed. This was a slight issue.
